Around this time, people are gearing up for January resolutions, cleanses, detox programs, and perhaps the Whole30. If you're looking for Whole30 resources, their website has a bunch planned for January 2013. I thought it might also be helpful to list some of the dishes and meals that got me through the Whole30 30-day plan back in September.
